Use an e-mail signature!

E-mail signatures are a valuable tool. First of all - they allow easy and convenient access to one's contact information for the person you are communicating with to reach you. Second - they can help communicate important messages about your organization or current events surrounding your organization. Last - in the days of Blackberry's and TREO's - it makes it much more convenient for the person receiving your e-mail to hit a single button to call you back.
